. Return/exchange request need to be within 7 Days of the delivery of product.

. Refund will be provided to the customer if product found defective and we are not able to replace it with new product.

. In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and original packaging and tags in place when you send us
the product back.
. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days.

. If our product arrived damaged/rotten, Please report us within 3 Days of product delivered to you. We will replace it with new product after pickup of previous.

. Reverse Pickup will be arranged by us if defective product is reported within 1 Day of receiving the product. if defective product is reported after 1 Day
then please send back the product to our return address through any courier. we will dispatch the new product after receiving previous product.
. In case of exchange of product with different size/model, customer will have to pay Rs.200 for the Exchange Penalty charge.
Reverse Pickup will be arranged In case of exchange of product with different size/model, customer will have to pay Rs.150 for the Reverse pickup charge.
